How long does Ornamae take to ship?
Every Ornamae order ships within 24 hours of order confirmation, Monday to Saturday. We pack each piece in our signature box with anti-tarnish protection and a quality certificate.
Where does Ornamae deliver?
We deliver to every serviceable PIN code in India through Shiprocket’s insured courier network (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees and Ekart). International shipping is not available yet.

- Tier 1 metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–3 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote / Tier 3 PIN codes: 5–7 business days
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free on all orders above ₹999 across India. Orders under ₹999 carry a flat ₹49 shipping fee.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is available on orders under ₹50,000. A nominal ₹49 COD handling fee applies. For orders above ₹50,000, prepayment via UPI, card or net banking is required for insurance reasons.
How do I track my Ornamae order?
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking link from Shiprocket and the courier partner. You can also live-track it from My Account → Orders → Track. Every status change (Out for delivery, Delivered, Failed attempt) is pushed to you by email and SMS.
Is my jewellery insured in transit?
Yes. Every shipment is fully insured for its declared value until it is delivered to your registered address, end-to-end. If your package arrives damaged or tampered, refuse delivery and email care@ornamae.com within 24 hours and we will replace it free of cost.
