How does Ornamae’s buyback work?

1. Bring or courier your old gold to our Mumbai studio.
2. We test purity using XRF (no chemicals, no scratching).
3. You get an instant quote = live market rate × tested purity × weight − 3% refining cost.
4. The credit is applied against any new Ornamae piece on the spot, or paid out via bank transfer.

Do you accept other brands?

Yes. We buy back gold from any brand and any era, as long as it is gold. Stones are returned to you unless you choose to include them.

What about 925 silver buyback?

We also buy back Ornamae 925 silver pieces at 60% of the original purchase price for up to 2 years, against any new Ornamae purchase.
