Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Ornamae piece. If it isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

30-day exchange

Most pieces are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition with the original packaging, invoice and certificate.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, it is issued to your original payment method after the returned item passes a quality check. Bank/UPI details may be required for certain refunds.

Non-returnable

Engraved or customised pieces, and items damaged by misuse, are not eligible for return.
