How do I track my Ornamae order?

Sign in to My Account → Orders and click Track next to any order. You will see live status updates pushed straight from Shiprocket — Picked up, In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered.

If you are checking out as a guest, use the AWB number in your shipping email at shiprocket.co/tracking.

Still stuck? Email care@ornamae.com with your order number and we will trace it for you within an hour.
